The journal "Municipality: Economics and Management" is an academic peer-reviewed open access journal.

The mission and goals of the journal

Journal mission

To promote the study of legal regulation of management processes in various spheres of public life related to the implementation of the population's right to local self-government.

Journal goal

discussion of problems of municipal economy and local finance management, provision of municipal services, land use issues, problems of delimitation of municipal property, interbudgetary relations and social aspects of local communities.

Journal tasks

• to provide answers to important questions in the field of development of the theory and practice of socio-legal and managerial aspects of the functioning of local communities;
• to publish the results of research related to municipal economy and local finances;
• to identify the best management practices of industries and businesses in developing countries;
• to present an assessment of the effectiveness of interaction between the management of organizations and government bodies in developing countries;
• to disseminate management innovations in the normative-legal and organizational regulation of municipalities in developing countries.

Target audience

the journal is a platform for building a constructive dialogue between academic circles, government and business structures that are discussing solutions to urgent problems of municipalities in the interests of improving the quality of life of people.
