CERTAIN SPECIFICS OF LABOR PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT IN MODERN COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT

The article covers the relevance of labor efficiency improvement and reveals solutions to problems that follow in the context of the Russian Federation innovative economy and the increasing competition both in domestic and foreign national markets. Due to the given factors the need to create the efficient productivity management system, considering its specifics and multifaceted character of not only as an economic and social, but also a historical, legal, and cultural phenomenon can be justified. The target orientation of management decisions is provided through the analysis and system approach to considering efficiency growth factors in managerial decision-makng. Out of all such factors as production and technical, innovation and human, the latter can be distinguished in solving the labor efficiency problem because of its direct or indirect involvement in all areas of modernization and production process improvement. As the basis of the human resource management a modern concept is taken ensuring the development of social partnership between business and society, where business is not only about profit, but also considers social impact of production sector on employees. The concept of “quality management” is introduced with goal-oriented management tools, which in this case is labour efficiency improvement. The management quality criterion referring to the enterprise competitive advantage is identified. Conclusions on management results are made and proposals to ensure its quality are formulated.
