Abstract

On New Year's Eve 2026, Grigory Andreevich Vikharev, head of the Beloyarsky Municipal District in the Sverdlovsk Region, was a guest of the editorial board of the journal "Municipality: Economics and Management." He spoke with the journal's editor-in-chief, Doctor of Law and Professor Igor Vyacheslavovich Vydrin, about local government, updated local government legislation, and the pressing concerns and practical actions of a municipal leader.
