Abstract

The journal “Municipality: Economics and Management” resumes the “Conversation with an interesting interlocutor” column, launched at the editorial initiative in 2019 with an interview with Arkady Chernetsky, the RF Senator and Alexander Kokotov, the Judge of the RF Constitutional Court (2020). It is with great pleasure that we introduce to the readers the new guest of the journal - Andrey Alexandrovich Koryukov - Deputy Head of Ekaterinburg Administration, responsible for financial and budgetary issues. Official reference. A. A. Koryukov was born on September 2, 1962 in Severouralsk. After serving in the Soviet Army, he studied at the Ural Polytechnic Institute majoring in “Economics and organization of the metallurgical industry”. After graduating from the university, he worked at “Research and production association “NPO Avtomatiki”, ZAO “Nash Dom”. Since 1997, he has worked in the Administration of Ekaterinburg as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economics, Deputy Head of the Financial and Budget Authority, Head of the Financial Department, Deputy Head of Administration. Between 2018 and February 2021 - Deputy Minister of Economy and Territorial Development of the Sverdlovsk Region. Currently, Andrey Alexandrovich is the Deputy Head of Ekaterinburg, supervising the activities of the financial block of the administration.
